The Covenant of Enrollment

By accessing Al Quran Institute — its courses, live classes, books, and digital resources — you enter an agreement bound by these Terms. Should you disagree with any covenant herein, you must refrain from using the platform.

Enrollment & Access

Licensed, Not Owned

Purchasing a course grants a personal, non-transferable license to view its content. Ownership of lectures, quizzes, and books remains with Al Quran Institute.

Classroom discussions, WhatsApp groups, and Q&A threads carry the same respect owed to an in-person majlis.

Usage Logic

Responsibilities.

Access to our courses and classrooms comes with a shared duty — from you and from us — to keep the learning environment reliable and secure.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of your enrollment details and the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Content Fidelity

Lectures, Quranic recitations, and course materials may not be copied, resold, or repurposed without written consent.

Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee the platform will be free of downtime or technical error.

Financial Standard

Payments & Refunds.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Installment plans, when offered, require timely payment to retain course access. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed once course content has been accessed.

Student Rights

The Right of Continued Access

Retain access to purchased courses for their stated duration, barring conduct violations.

The Right of Fair Notice

Receive advance notice of material changes to these Terms or course structure.

The Right of Support

Reach our team for enrollment, technical, or billing concerns at any time.

Termination
& Liability.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms. Al Quran Institute is not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use, and content is provided for educational purposes and does not replace personalized religious guidance.

Prohibited Use

Sharing account credentials, scraping course content, circumventing payment systems, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose will result in immediate suspension without refund.
