Delete your account
This removes your profile, your course progress and your certificates. Read what happens below, then send the request — we will confirm before anything is deleted.
Deletion is permanent. Certificates you have earned cannot be reissued, and purchased courses cannot be restored — you would need to buy them again.
What gets deleted
Everything personal to you, permanently:
- Your profile and accountName, email, country, phone number and sign-in credentials.
- Course progress and certificatesCompleted lectures, progress percentages, and any certificates awarded.
- Quizzes and notesQuiz attempts, scores, bookmarks and personal grammar notes.
- AI Teacher historyYour conversation history and remaining credits.
What we must keep
A small amount of information has to stay, because the law requires it or because it no longer identifies you:
- Invoices and payment recordsTax and accounting rules require us to retain these.
- Fraud prevention logsKept to protect other students and the platform.
- Anonymised analyticsAlready stripped of anything that points back to you.
How it works
- Submit the formUse the email address linked to your account, so we can find it.
- We confirm it is youWe may email you to verify ownership before deleting anything.
- We delete itWithin 30 days of verification. We email you when it is done.
Request deletion
Use the email address on your account. If you would rather write to us instead, email [email protected] and we will treat it the same way.
Your rights
- Get a copy firstAsk us for your data before you delete it — worth doing if you want your certificates.
- Change your mindCancel the request any time before we finish processing it. Just reply to our email.
- Erasure under GDPRThis request is your right to erasure under Article 17.
